Human Resource Executive
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in handle full spectrum of HR matters (Payroll processing, compensation & benefits, employee relations etc).
• Manage all administration related to payroll and employee transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Update and maintain HR databases and systems ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with all administrative duties required by the superior and attend to or escalate employee queries.
• Result-oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned as and when necessary.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and have managed the full set of payroll function.
• Well versed in local Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy and integrity.
• Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
Assistant Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
• Maintains staffing or manning level by establishing a proper recruitment & selection process.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits changes and directing the processing of benefit claims such as medical claim or insurance claim.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Manage the review and update process of existing Policies & Procedure.
• Prepare monthly report such as manpower report, turnover and absenteeism report, etc.
Requirements:
• Applicants must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Degree or Professional Certificate in Human Resource or Business Administration
• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Hotel Human Resource Department as Senior Human Resource Executive.
• Confident in directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
• Strong understanding of Employment Act and Labor Law.
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
• An interest in career development and training within the workplace.
Food & Beverage Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• To assist Food & Beverage Manager day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage department.
• To assist Food & Beverage manager on halal practice requirements.
• To ensure Food & Beverage log book are being kept up to date, to ensure communication with all members of the team
• To respond proactively to guest queries and to ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of manager, followed by effective communication.
• To prepare duty roster on weekly basis while proactively managing annual leave and public holiday clearance.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, diploma in food & beverage management / hospitality / tourism and hotel management.
• Able to work long hours.
• Able to work on public holidays / weekend.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
Security Guard
Responsibilities:
• To observe and prevent unconcerned personnel from entering the hotel
• To keep watch on all security and hidden perils. Finding, handling and reporting of an incident in a timely manner
• Understand the hotel major area of security and fire prevention. Regularly check and master the emergency handling procedure
• Do security detail work for VIP
• Control, check and enquire on the entry and exit articles
• Pay attention to the traffic lane during rush hour periods
• Control the major security area
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM
• Able to work long hours.
• Able to on public holidays / weekend.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work effectively and in a team environment
Required to work flexible hours in view of the hotel occupancy and functions
Conscientious while on duty, ensure the security and safety of the hotel
Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
• Provides the highest level of dining experience to all our guests at the restaurant, in-room dining, lobby lounge or banqueting.
• Always ensures prompt, courteous and efficient service in welcoming guests at the restaurant.
• Handles guest inquiries and creates engaging experience.
Requirements:
• Good command in English language and Bahasa Melayu.
• Good knowledge in Food & Hygiene Sanitation standards.
• Cashiering skills and knowledge will be advantage.
• Have the right attitude and passion to do the job
• Flexible and able to work long hours whenever required.
• Young, vibrant, proactive and engaging with guests and colleagues.
