Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
  • Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
  • Services existing business through management of account bases.
  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
  • Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
  • Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place
  • Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
  • Monitors existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
  • Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business.
  • Interfaces with operations on a timely basis.
  • Initiates and prepares tenders for business
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

 Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
  • Mature personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly committed, innovative and result oriented person.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Good writing skills
  • 5 days week however candidate must be prepared to work long hours and to work on weekends/Public Holidays.



 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management of all aspects of the hotel’s online presence including but not limited to content marketing, traffic and revenue generation programs via SEO, SEM, affiliate relationships, promotion, social media and other online mechanisms.
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
  • Manage SEO optimization strategy to drive and convert traffic to the website.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote within the digital space to increase sales and revenue for the company.
  • Develop short term and long-term strategies for paid display campaigns.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics).
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Develop strategies and action plans for increasing ROI, fan responses and engagement, as well as provide video and photo content for social media sites.
  • Ensure that all relevant social media pages are up to date and reviews / conversations are being followed and replied to.
  • Work in line with sales & marketing plan, and constantly checking and up-to-date on market feedback and intelligence.
  • Develop business leads, solicit potential clients, service existing accounts to exceed target and hotel revenue.
  • Conduct site inspection whenever necessary.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned and directed by the Management from time to time.
  • Google Display & search network competency.
  • Facebook & others advertising competency.

 Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Advertising/ Media, Mass communications or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Digital Marketing, Web Analytics Tools, Social Media Advertising, Email Campaigns, SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Analytical and Reporting Skills.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To provide guest services in terms of guest arrival, departure and general inquiry.
  • Daily reservations.
  • Engaging and building relationship with guest to delight and gain loyalty.

 Job Requirement:

  • SPM and/or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work on shift, weekend and Public Holidays.
  • Well groomed, courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

 Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar operation.
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of cookery.
  • Willingness to further develop and refine skills, and have an eagerness to learn.
